RefreshControl is flickering

Description

When I perform a pull-to-refresh, the screen gives a slight flicker. This happens both in the ScrollView and in the FlatList. It started happening after the upgrade to version 0.81.5 (new architecture). In version 0.77.3 (with the new architecture disabled) this didn’t happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the dependencies with yarn install
2. Run the application
3. Open the screen that contains the ScrollView / FlatList with RefreshControl
4. Perform a pull-to-refresh gesture
5. Notice that the screen gives a slight flicker during the refresh

Commencez par le reproducer Snack lié et reproduisez le scintillement de pull-to-refresh à la fois dans ScrollView et dans FlatList avec React Native 0.81.5 et new architecture activée. Comparez le comportement avec la version 0.77.3 et vérifiez que le scintillement a disparu sur la configuration macOS affectée ; aucun log ni fichier source n’est identifié dans le rapport.
