RefreshControl is flickering

Description

When I perform a pull-to-refresh, the screen gives a slight flicker. This happens both in the ScrollView and in the FlatList. It started happening after the upgrade to version 0.81.5 (new architecture). In version 0.77.3 (with the new architecture disabled) this didn’t happen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the dependencies with yarn install
2. Run the application
3. Open the screen that contains the ScrollView / FlatList with RefreshControl
4. Perform a pull-to-refresh gesture
5. Notice that the screen gives a slight flicker during the refresh

Inizia con lo Snack reproducer collegato e riproduci lo sfarfallio di pull-to-refresh sia in ScrollView sia in FlatList su React Native 0.81.5 con new architecture abilitata. Confronta il comportamento con la versione 0.77.3 e verifica che lo sfarfallio sia scomparso sulla configurazione macOS interessata; nel report non sono identificati log o file sorgente.
