【ios】The stickySectionHeader of the SectionList component sometimes does not display.

Description

When the sectionList component calls the scrollToLocation method, the stickySectionHeader occasionally does not display.The stickySectionHeader only displays when I manually trigger scrolling in the sectionList.

Steps to reproduce

1. install the application
2. cd ReproducerApp and run npm ci
3. npx react-native run-ios
4. then wait for 3 seconds, the scrollToLocation method will be called

This issue does not always occur; it happens occasionally. You can try reloading several times.

まず、yandadaFreedom/RN-bug-repo で必須の reproducer を実行し、そこでの ReproducerApp のセットアップに従って、3 秒後に SectionList.scrollToLocation をトリガーします。iOS で自動スクロールと手動スクロールを比較し、SectionList stickySectionHeader の動作を追跡します。プログラムによるスクロール後に header が一貫して表示されれば完了です。
