【ios】The stickySectionHeader of the SectionList component sometimes does not display.

Description

When the sectionList component calls the scrollToLocation method, the stickySectionHeader occasionally does not display.The stickySectionHeader only displays when I manually trigger scrolling in the sectionList.

Steps to reproduce

1. install the application
2. cd ReproducerApp and run npm ci
3. npx react-native run-ios
4. then wait for 3 seconds, the scrollToLocation method will be called

This issue does not always occur; it happens occasionally. You can try reloading several times.

Inizia eseguendo il reproducer obbligatorio in yandadaFreedom/RN-bug-repo, seguendo la relativa configurazione di ReproducerApp e attivando SectionList.scrollToLocation dopo tre secondi. Confronta lo scorrimento automatico con quello manuale su iOS e traccia il comportamento di SectionList stickySectionHeader; il lavoro è completato quando l'header viene visualizzato in modo coerente dopo lo scorrimento programmatico.
