【ios】The stickySectionHeader of the SectionList component sometimes does not display.

Description

When the sectionList component calls the scrollToLocation method, the stickySectionHeader occasionally does not display.The stickySectionHeader only displays when I manually trigger scrolling in the sectionList.

Steps to reproduce

1. install the application
2. cd ReproducerApp and run npm ci
3. npx react-native run-ios
4. then wait for 3 seconds, the scrollToLocation method will be called

This issue does not always occur; it happens occasionally. You can try reloading several times.

Führe zunächst den obligatorischen Reproducer unter yandadaFreedom/RN-bug-repo aus, indem du dem dortigen ReproducerApp-Setup folgst und nach drei Sekunden SectionList.scrollToLocation auslöst. Vergleiche das automatische Scrollen mit dem manuellen Scrollen unter iOS und verfolge das Verhalten von SectionList stickySectionHeader; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn der Header nach dem programmgesteuerten Scrollen konsistent angezeigt wird.
