Interop Layer Android Display issue

Description

When the UnimplementedView is shown, if one of its child is an Animated View, the UnimplementedView will not display the 'XXX is not Fabric compatible yet'

Android UnimplementedView パスから始め、新しいアーキテクチャを有効にして、提供された App の例を再現します。最初の 3 つの ShadowedView ケースを Animated.View の子と比較します。4 つ目のケースにも「まだ Fabric と互換性がありません」というメッセージが表示されれば完了です。
