Interop Layer Android Display issue

Description

When the UnimplementedView is shown, if one of its child is an Animated View, the UnimplementedView will not display the 'XXX is not Fabric compatible yet'

Comienza con la ruta de Android UnimplementedView y reproduce el ejemplo de App proporcionado con la nueva arquitectura habilitada. Compara los tres primeros casos de ShadowedView con el hijo de Animated.View; se considera terminado cuando el cuarto caso también muestra el mensaje «todavía no es compatible con Fabric».
