Set barmode="overlay" in histograms by default to avoid misunderstandings

Reopening of #1865, as asked in the comment.

By default, histograms are not overlayed, which leads to misinterpretation :

px.histogram(df, x="data", color="series")

Makes think that there is much more points in red distribution :

While overlying clearly shows that it is just shifted

px.histogram(df, x="data", color="series", barmode="overlay")

This leads to misunderstanding the data shape.

px.histogram のエントリーポイントから始め、color によって複数の系列が作成される場合に barmode のデフォルト値がどのように選択されるかを追跡します。デフォルト値が overlay に変更されることを確認し、続いて提供された pandas と NumPy のデータを使って例の動作を検証し、プロジェクトにヒストグラムのデフォルト値のカバレッジがある場合は、関連するテストを追加または更新します。
