issue using sctk package for geom2trace function

While executing SCTK pipeline (using the newest docker image, see : https://sctk.bu.edu/app/SingleCellTK), I encountered following issue trying to plot different UMAP visualizations.

Warning in geom2trace.default(dots[[1L]][[1L]], dots[[2L]][[1L]], dots[[3L]][[1L]]) :
geom_GeomTextRepel() has yet to be implemented in plotly.

まず、最新の Docker イメージで geom2trace.default と geom_GeomTextRepel 警告を発生させる SCTK UMAP 可視化を再現してください。payload にはソースファイルもテストも記載されていないため、最初に geom2trace の実装と既存の geom ハンドラーを特定してください。この geom が報告された警告なしでサポートされれば完了です。
