Tearing on interactive ROI

## Describe the issue

The plots tear heavily when using interactive rois after creating a new environment (`conda create --name testplot ipympl matplotlib jupyterlab`).

First noticed in hyperspy/hyperspy#2706, it appears to be a problem with both mpl 3.3/3.4 and ipympl 0.6/0.7.

[This matplotlib interactive example](https://matplotlib.org/stable/gallery/widgets/rectangle_selector.html#sphx-glr-gallery-widgets-rectangle-selector-py) results in the following output, both with `useblit=True` and `=False`.

Tái hiện hiện tượng tearing với môi trường conda được cung cấp, ipympl 0.7.0, JupyterLab 3.0.14 và ví dụ Matplotlib RectangleSelector được liên kết, kiểm thử cả useblit=True và useblit=False. Theo dõi xem vấn đề nằm ở việc render ROI tương tác hay ở phần tích hợp widget của Jupyter; hoàn tất khi biểu đồ không còn bị tearing trong thiết lập được báo cáo.
