No active shell session

### Describe the bug

OS: Pop OS LTS 22.04
Shell: /bin/bash 5.1.16(1)-release
Copilot: GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.32

Copilot doesn't seem able to execute shell commands. It took about two minutes to generate this output. The log indicates initialization timed out.

Reproduce el problema con `copilot --log-interactive-shells` e inspecciona el archivo adjunto `shell-0-1776516585182.log` en busca del tiempo de espera agotado durante la inicialización. Rastrea el inicio del shell interactivo y la ruta de ejecución de comandos; se considera completado cuando `echo hello` termina rápidamente sin un ID de shell no válido ni un error de salida del shell.
