Looks like theres a minimum vertical height for the github copilot app. I run into the issue on my phone where the keyboard would cover the input box. Can we relax this constraint?

在键盘打开的手机上复现 issue #3108，并检查 Copilot 应用的垂直布局约束。当输入框在报告的手机尺寸下仍可使用且不会被键盘遮挡，同时应用在正常高度下仍能正确渲染时，即表示完成。
