Cannot click between tabs in review panel in full screen

When I am in full screen I cannot click between my different tabs in the review panel.

When I am in full screen I cannot click between the different tabs in the review panel. For example trying to switch between PR and Changes tab will just make the cursor go to the grab icon as if I were to switch the order of the tabs and not just click on the tab like I am trying to do.

まず v1.1.10 のフルスクリーンレビュー パネルで問題を再現し、PR タブと Changes タブを切り替えます。通常のクリックとタブを並べ替えるジェスチャーを比較します。タブが確実に切り替わり、掴むカーソルが表示されなければ完了です。
