[Showcase] add wasteof for Android

[wasteof for Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.micahlindley.wasteofmobile&pli=1) is a social media client I've been building over the past year that uses some advanced React Native Paper features like Material 3, bottom tabs, modals, and custom device theming. Would love to have it in the showcase! The issue provides the wasteof for Android, GitHub, and Google Play links but names no repository file or test. Inspect existing showcase entries and follow their format; done when the app is listed with working links and the showcase remains consistent.
