[Showcase] add wasteof for Android

[wasteof for Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.micahlindley.wasteofmobile&pli=1) is a social media client I've been building over the past year that uses some advanced React Native Paper features like Material 3, bottom tabs, modals, and custom device theming. Would love to have it in the showcase!
