[Showcase] add wasteof for Android

[wasteof for Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.micahlindley.wasteofmobile&pli=1) is a social media client I've been building over the past year that uses some advanced React Native Paper features like Material 3, bottom tabs, modals, and custom device theming.
