when trying to change the template to use nodejs20.x the build is failed

I am trying to create resource provider using Typescipt. I saw that the template is using node 14 - which is very old.
i have tried to use node 20. however cfn submit fail with error

when running the npm install explicitly i am getting an error

moving back to node14 and all is fine

Issue nêu đường dẫn build TypeScript thông qua npm run build, npx tsc và sam build cho TypeFunction; trước tiên hãy tái hiện bản build Node.js 20 và kiểm tra template cùng cấu hình build dùng để chọn runtime. Được xem là hoàn tất khi template Node.js 20 chạy xong npm install và sam build mà không gặp các lỗi EROFS hoặc TS5033.
