when trying to change the template to use nodejs20.x the build is failed

I am trying to create resource provider using Typescipt. I saw that the template is using node 14 - which is very old.
i have tried to use node 20. however cfn submit fail with error

when running the npm install explicitly i am getting an error

moving back to node14 and all is fine

Das Issue nennt den TypeScript-Buildpfad über npm run build, npx tsc und sam build für TypeFunction; beginne damit, den Node.js 20-Build zu reproduzieren und die Template- und Build-Konfiguration zu untersuchen, die die Runtime auswählt. Erledigt ist es, wenn das Node.js 20-Template npm install und sam build ohne die Fehler EROFS oder TS5033 abschließt.
