[Bug] HTTP lookup could return non-retryable error when connecting through proxy

### Minimal reproduce step

Run the `testMultiAddresses` with a proxy.

As you can see, the root cause is `libcurl` returns error code 22 when connecting through proxy.

The error code is 22

Bắt đầu với tests/LookupServiceTest.cc, đặc biệt là testMultiAddresses và các assertion xung quanh ResultRetryable. Tái hiện lỗi bằng thiết lập http_proxy và bộ lọc gtest được nêu, sau đó lần theo quá trình xử lý phản hồi HTTP lookup được HTTPLookupService báo cáo.
