[Bug] HTTP lookup could return non-retryable error when connecting through proxy

As you can see, the root cause is `libcurl` returns error code 22 when connecting through proxy.

The error code is 22

Commencez par tests/LookupServiceTest.cc, en particulier testMultiAddresses et les assertions autour de ResultRetryable. Reproduisez l’échec avec le paramètre http_proxy et le filtre gtest indiqués, puis suivez le traitement de la réponse de recherche HTTP signalé par HTTPLookupService.
