Job progress indicators in the UI are not closed sometimes after they are finished.

ACS 4.22 RC, noticed with earlier build as well.

### The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Perform multiple jobs from UI - Deploy instance, Take volume or instance snapshot, etc

### What to do about it?

Job progress indicator in the UI has to be closed once the job is finished.
