Description
### problem
**Issue 1:**
Volume snapshots for clients are configured to be stored in Primary Storage. However, in the account’s Primary Storage quota, snapshot sizes are not reflected — only the volume size is counted toward the Primary Storage usage.
**Issue 2:**
The Primary Storage is configured with thin provisioning, but in ACS the created volumes show the same values for *Volume Utilization* and *Physical Size* but the actual used size is not showing.
**Issue 3:**
For volume snapshots, only the *virtual size* is displayed; the *physical size* is not shown.
We are currently using KVM (Ubuntu) hypervisors with Ceph as the Primary Storage. Is there any additional configuration required to address these issues.
### versions
Apache CloudStack: 4.20.0
Primary Storage: Ceph Reef
Hypervisors: KVM (Ubuntu)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the three reported behaviors in Apache CloudStack 4.20.0 with KVM on Ubuntu and Ceph Reef, comparing primary-storage quota usage with volume and snapshot metrics. Done means determining whether configuration or implementation changes are needed so snapshot sizes affect quota usage and physical usage is accurately shown for volumes and snapshots.
