Create VM Template fails when Template name has a space in it

When creating a VM Template from a Volume Snapshot, it fails if it has a space, such as:

If VM Name is: 'Zabbix Server', the template will fail to create.

If VM Name is: 'Zabbix-Server', the template will suceed and create normally.

### The steps to reproduce the bug

Create a normal VM Template, either via the UI or API

### What to do about it?

Fix the space issue, or force API to only accept non-space text

首先，透過 UI 和 API 重現從 Volume Snapshot 建立 VM Template，分別使用包含空格的範本名稱和包含連字號的範本名稱。追蹤失敗的建立路徑，並判斷 API 應接受空格還是拒絕空格；當選擇的行為能一致地運作，且兩種名稱形式都經過驗證涵蓋時，即表示完成。
