What is the behaviour in-game?
Skills in Kitava's Thirst are correctly triggered by the loop.
What is the behaviour in Path of Building?
Getting a "No Kitava's Thirst Triggering Skill found" even tho the spells triggering it cost more than 100 mana leading to the DPS calculation assuming that the spells are self-cast instead.
How to reproduce the issue
Import the build below, switch the main skills to soulrend and eye of winter and take note how the mana cost is 101.
Switch the main skills to the ones socketed in Kitavas Thirst (creeping frost and ice spear) and PoB will report that No Kitava's Thirst triggering skill was found.

Research direction
Import the linked PoB build and compare the Kitava's Thirst setup with the Soulrend and Eye of Winter setup, focusing on the Heartbound loop and reported mana costs. Trace the existing Kitava's Thirst triggering-skill calculation; done means Creeping Frost and Ice Spear are recognized when their cost exceeds 100 mana and DPS is no longer treated as self-cast.
