まず readme.md を読み、既存のプロジェクト構成と subgraph スキーマを確認します。プロジェクトの説明、再現および使用手順、関連する Graph Protocol のリンクとコントラクトアドレス、デプロイ済み subgraph のリンクを文書化し、その後、スキーマを表す Mermaid 図を追加します。

索引モデルが issue の本文から書いたものです。
