Description
Hello, I need to convert Labelme annotations files to ADE20K dataset format.
Then I will convert it to tfrecord format using [build_ade20k_data.py](https://github.com/tensorflow/models/blob/master/research/deeplab/datasets/build_ade20k_data.py), and I will train a deeplab model in Tensorflow.
Can you help please to convert Labelme annotation files to ADE20K format?
