Launch issues with Node 25.6

**Describe the bug**

`swa` fails to load under Node 25.6.0 due it compatibility issue with buffer-equa-constant-time and jwa package

まず、`swa --version` で CLI のバージョンを確認したうえで、`yarn swa -h` を使用して Node 25.6.0 で失敗を再現します。`buffer-equal-constant-time`、`jws`、`jwa` を通る依存関係の経路を追跡します。Node 25.6.0 で報告された TypeError なしに CLI コマンドが正常に読み込まれれば完了です。
