Launch issues with Node 25.6

`swa` fails to load under Node 25.6.0 due it compatibility issue with buffer-equa-constant-time and jwa package

Start by reproducing the failure with Node 25.6.0 using `yarn swa -h`, after checking the CLI version with `swa --version`. Trace the dependency path through `buffer-equal-constant-time`, `jws`, and `jwa`; done means the CLI commands load successfully on Node 25.6.0 without the reported TypeError.
