Launch issues with Node 25.6

**Describe the bug**

`swa` fails to load under Node 25.6.0 due it compatibility issue with buffer-equa-constant-time and jwa package

首先，在使用 `swa --version` 检查 CLI 版本后，使用 `yarn swa -h` 在 Node 25.6.0 上重现该故障。跟踪经过 `buffer-equal-constant-time`、`jws` 和 `jwa` 的依赖路径；当 CLI 命令在 Node 25.6.0 上成功加载且不再出现报告的 TypeError 时，即表示完成。
