Service worker doesn't update cache when element is deleted

Today I transferred [brainy-table](https://beta.webcomponents.org/element/OWOX/brainy-table) from my personal GitHub account to the organization I belong to. Now I'd like to unpublish old element reference from catalog, or to implement redirect (not sure that's really important right now, but still).

The repo was unpublished from `bower` registry, then transferred and re-published again. Strangely [old link](https://beta.webcomponents.org/element/web-padawan/brainy-table) resolves to one of the older tags (1.1.2) in the title and lesser stars than repo actually has. Is it some king of caching issue?

Empieza reproduciendo la URL antigua del catálogo e inspecciona el comportamiento de la caché del service worker para los elementos eliminados o transferidos. Determina si la URL antigua debe dejar de publicarse o redirigirse y, después, verifica que ya no sirva la referencia obsoleta 1.1.2 una vez actualizada la caché.
