Description
### Description
This RFC proposes documents or maybe the library internal implementation improvements for easy the process to make plot work with modern react app.
The stdlib function is very promising, but It’s too hard to work with:
1. For plot lib, It should be esm/ts style, which easy to work with modern react app.
2. Dependencies should be handle automatically

No files, tests, or entry points are named; first clarify whether the RFC calls for documentation, library implementation changes, or both. Define the expected React/React-TS plot workflow and dependency handling, then consider the work complete when the integration path and implementation scope are explicit.
