[0.77.1] minimumFontScale doesn't work in New Arch

Text props minimumFontScale doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Install default app (npx @react-native-community/cli@latest init AwesomeProject)
2. Wrap Text to small View (width:100, height:100)
3. Add large text into text component
4. Set text props ( adjustsFontSizeToFit={true}
   minimumFontScale={0.9}
   numberOfLines={1} )
5. See result, text are small

Patch for fix (based on https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/43543)
react-native+0.77.1.patch

Commencez par exécuter le reproducteur Snack lié sur Android et iOS avec New Architecture activée, puis comparez le react-native+0.77.1.patch joint avec la pull request #43543. Vérifiez le comportement de adjustsFontSizeToFit, minimumFontScale et numberOfLines. Le travail est considéré comme terminé lorsque le texte signalé ne rétrécit plus en dessous de la minimumFontScale configurée sur les deux plateformes.
