[0.77.1] minimumFontScale doesn't work in New Arch

Text props minimumFontScale doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Install default app (npx @react-native-community/cli@latest init AwesomeProject)
2. Wrap Text to small View (width:100, height:100)
3. Add large text into text component
4. Set text props ( adjustsFontSizeToFit={true}
   minimumFontScale={0.9}
   numberOfLines={1} )
5. See result, text are small

Patch for fix (based on https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/43543)
react-native+0.77.1.patch

Comienza ejecutando el reproductor de Snack enlazado en Android e iOS con New Architecture habilitada y, después, compara el react-native+0.77.1.patch adjunto con el pull request #43543. Verifica el comportamiento de adjustsFontSizeToFit, minimumFontScale y numberOfLines. Se considera terminado cuando el texto indicado ya no se reduce por debajo de la minimumFontScale configurada en ninguna de las dos plataformas.
