[0.77.1] minimumFontScale doesn't work in New Arch

Text props minimumFontScale doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Install default app (npx @react-native-community/cli@latest init AwesomeProject)
2. Wrap Text to small View (width:100, height:100)
3. Add large text into text component
4. Set text props ( adjustsFontSizeToFit={true}
   minimumFontScale={0.9}
   numberOfLines={1} )
5. See result, text are small

Patch for fix (based on https://github.com/facebook/react-native/pull/43543)
react-native+0.77.1.patch

Führe zunächst den verlinkten Snack-Reproducer auf Android und iOS mit aktivierter New Architecture aus und vergleiche anschließend den angehängten react-native+0.77.1.patch mit Pull Request #43543. Überprüfe das Verhalten für adjustsFontSizeToFit, minimumFontScale und numberOfLines. Als erledigt gilt die Aufgabe, wenn der gemeldete Text auf beiden Plattformen nicht mehr unter die konfigurierte minimumFontScale schrumpft.
