test_tracemalloc: test_tracemalloc_track_race() crashs on GHA iOS CI

Bắt đầu với test_tracemalloc_track_race() và tái hiện lỗi crash từ job iOS GitHub Actions được liên kết. So sánh lỗi này với issue gh-143143 và kiểm tra các stack frame được báo cáo PyGILState_Ensure, tracemalloc_alloc và PyTraceMalloc_Track. Được xem là hoàn tất khi race không còn làm testbed iOS crash và test_tracemalloc pass.
