test_tracemalloc: test_tracemalloc_track_race() crashs on GHA iOS CI

Comece com test_tracemalloc_track_race() e reproduza o crash do job vinculado do iOS GitHub Actions. Compare a falha com a issue gh-143143 e inspecione os stack frames relatados PyGILState_Ensure, tracemalloc_alloc e PyTraceMalloc_Track. Está concluído quando a condição de corrida não causar mais o crash do testbed do iOS e test_tracemalloc passar.
