Bug description

Under Py_GIL_DISABLED, setiter_len() reads so->used non-atomically while concurrent set mutations update it atomically.

This triggers a data race detectable by TSAN when one thread repeatedly calls iterator.__length_hint__() while another mutates the same set

Esegui lo script fornito tsan_setiter_len_race.py con la build di ThreadSanitizer per il free-threading; il lavoro è completato quando il carico di lavoro concorrente che combina l'hint sulla lunghezza e la mutazione del set non segnala più questa race condition.
