holidays on week days behave incorrectly

Hi Folks,

I am having issues when I have holidays on week days.
if I exclude weekends and have a holiday on Friday there is a bug

まず、報告された rangebreaks 設定を Dash アプリで再現し、平日の祝日を含めたときにブラウザーコンソールを調べます。async-plotlyjs バンドルの doAutoRange パスから失敗を追跡します。金曜日の祝日が TypeError なしで非表示になり、週末と時間の除外も引き続き機能すれば完了です。
