Orca exporting Non-ASCII characters

Brief description of the problem
When I save the plot, i realized that the title of the chart is not Côte, but it becomes C?te.
Please advise.

Commencez par la reproduction R fournie en utilisant plotly::orca et le texte d’annotation "Côte". Suivez le chemin d’exportation du graphique enregistré et vérifiez que le résultat conserve le caractère non ASCII au lieu de le rendre sous la forme "C?te".
