Orca exporting Non-ASCII characters

Brief description of the problem
When I save the plot, i realized that the title of the chart is not Côte, but it becomes C?te.
Please advise.

Start with the supplied R reproduction using plotly::orca and the annotation text "Côte". Trace the export path for the saved plot and verify the result preserves the non-ASCII character instead of rendering it as "C?te".
