pdo_dblib throws incorrect PDOException for UNIQUE constraint violation

Description

The following code:

Resulted in this output with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to HY000 [General error]:

But I expected this output instead with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to 23000 [Integrity constraint violation]):

Inizia riproducendo il caso di chiave duplicata con pdo_dblib, FreeTDS e SQL Server usando l’esempio PHP, quindi confronta il relativo SQLSTATE con l’output diretto di tsql. Traccia il modo in cui il driver PDO gestisce l’errore del database segnalato; il lavoro è completato quando la violazione di UNIQUE viene esposta come SQLSTATE 23000 preservando i dettagli di errore esistenti.
