pdo_dblib throws incorrect PDOException for UNIQUE constraint violation

Description

The following code:

Resulted in this output with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to HY000 [General error]:

But I expected this output instead with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to 23000 [Integrity constraint violation]):

Comienza reproduciendo el caso de clave duplicada con pdo_dblib, FreeTDS y SQL Server usando el ejemplo de PHP, y luego compara su SQLSTATE con la salida directa de tsql. Traza cómo el controlador PDO gestiona el error de base de datos informado; se considera terminado cuando la violación de UNIQUE se expone como SQLSTATE 23000 conservando los detalles de error existentes.
