pdo_dblib throws incorrect PDOException for UNIQUE constraint violation

Description

The following code:

Resulted in this output with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to HY000 [General error]:

But I expected this output instead with a PDOException thrown having the SQLSTATE error code set to 23000 [Integrity constraint violation]):

Beginne damit, den Fall mit doppeltem Schlüssel mit pdo_dblib, FreeTDS und SQL Server anhand des PHP-Beispiels zu reproduzieren, und vergleiche dann dessen SQLSTATE mit der direkten tsql-Ausgabe. Verfolge, wie der PDO-Treiber den gemeldeten Datenbankfehler behandelt; abgeschlossen ist die Aufgabe, wenn die UNIQUE-Verletzung als SQLSTATE 23000 offengelegt wird und dabei die vorhandenen Fehlerdetails erhalten bleiben.
