[Bug]: OC\Archive\TAR only partially extracts tar.gz file

Steps to reproduce

$tarManager = new TAR($archivePath);
$tarManager->extract($__DIR__ );

Result:

ls apps/text2image_stablediffusion/models/stable-diffusion-xl
unet  vae_decoder  vae_encoder

Expected behavior

Should extract all folders

Bắt đầu tại 3rdparty/pear/archive_tar/Archive/Tar.php quanh dòng 1790 và tái hiện lỗi với archive stable-diffusion-xl-base-1.0 được liên kết bằng TAR::extract(). Kiểm tra lý do quá trình giải nén dừng lại sau khi chỉ tạo một số thư mục và xử lý các offset chuỗi chưa được khởi tạo đã báo cáo; được xem là hoàn tất khi tất cả các thư mục trong archive được giải nén mà không có các cảnh báo này.
