[Bug]: OC\Archive\TAR only partially extracts tar.gz file

Steps to reproduce

$tarManager = new TAR($archivePath);
$tarManager->extract($__DIR__ );

Result:

ls apps/text2image_stablediffusion/models/stable-diffusion-xl
unet  vae_decoder  vae_encoder

Expected behavior

Should extract all folders

从 3rdparty/pear/archive_tar/Archive/Tar.php 大约第 1790 行开始，使用 TAR::extract() 通过链接的 stable-diffusion-xl-base-1.0 archive 重现该故障。检查为什么提取在只创建了一些文件夹后就停止，并处理报告的未初始化字符串偏移；完成标准是所有 archive 文件夹都能在没有这些警告的情况下提取。
