Broken ligatures with `set colorcolumn`

When writing a character with a ligature in a column with a painted colorcolumn the ligature doesn't show.

You can see it in the screenshot. The first !== shows the correct ligature, but the second shows the actual characters.

This happens in latest stable build from homebrew

Tái hiện vấn đề trong MacVim với set colorcolumn và một ligature như !==, so sánh văn bản bên trong và bên ngoài cột được tô màu. Việc sửa lỗi hoàn tất khi ligature được hiển thị chính xác ở cả hai vị trí; issue không đề cập đến tệp nguồn hoặc bài kiểm thử cụ thể nào.
