Broken ligatures with `set colorcolumn`

When writing a character with a ligature in a column with a painted colorcolumn the ligature doesn't show.

You can see it in the screenshot. The first !== shows the correct ligature, but the second shows the actual characters.

This happens in latest stable build from homebrew

Riproduci il problema in MacVim con set colorcolumn e una legatura come !==, confrontando il testo all’interno e all’esterno della colonna colorata. La correzione è completata quando la legatura viene visualizzata correttamente in entrambe le posizioni; l’issue non menziona alcun file sorgente o test specifico.
