Unable to get Django up and running

It appears that the build command isn't running before the command. What am I missing?

Inizia da Landofile, requirements.txt e /app/airlineclub/manage.py, quindi riproduci l’avvio di appserver mostrato e verifica se i passaggi di build vengono eseguiti prima del comando.
