Unable to get Django up and running

It appears that the build command isn't running before the command. What am I missing?

Beginne mit der Untersuchung von Landofile, requirements.txt und /app/airlineclub/manage.py, reproduziere anschließend den gezeigten appserver-Start und prüfe, ob die Build-Schritte vor dem Befehl ausgeführt werden. Die Aufgabe ist erledigt, wenn der konfigurierte Dienst Django importieren und manage.py runserver ohne den gemeldeten ModuleNotFoundError starten kann.
