Unable to get Django up and running

It appears that the build command isn't running before the command. What am I missing?

Commencez par Landofile, requirements.txt et /app/airlineclub/manage.py, puis reproduisez le démarrage d’appserver montré et vérifiez si les étapes de build s’exécutent avant la commande. C’est terminé lorsque le service configuré peut importer Django et démarrer manage.py runserver sans le ModuleNotFoundError signalé.
